First make your pizza dough – this is the recipe we used at LCB. It’s not my recipe y’all – do not send me hate mail! Ha
Place dough in bowls to rise (about 20 – 25 minutes). Hello baby, come to mama!
Now it’s time to get rolling – any shape you want – round, rectangle or rustic! It’s your pie, do what you want! Would ya look at all that seasoning!! Yum!!
Now add your toppings – this was a white pizza – olive oil, mozzarella, Roma tomatoes and mushrooms!
Red sauce, Half Roma tomatoes and half mushrooms!
Bake your pies until they are golden – Turn the oven to 350 and it takes about 12 – 20 minutes (I know it’s an odd amount of time – just don’t want your food to burn, but ya want it to be cooked). This is where you learn about your oven and time management! LOL
